Week 1: What is Leadership? Seeing Yourself as a Leader
Leadership is not about titles—it’s about impact. Students discover how leadership shows up in their daily lives and start thinking like a leader.Week 2: Discovering Your Centerpoint – Leading from Within
Self-awareness is the foundation of leadership. Students identify their personal values and build their leadership identity.Week 3: Emotional Intelligence & Resilience – Handling Challenges Like a Leader
Leaders must understand emotions, manage stress, and navigate conflict. This week builds emotional intelligence for better decision-making.Week 4: Public Speaking & Confident Communication
Leaders communicate with clarity and confidence. Students practice expressing ideas, storytelling, and leading discussions. -
Week 5: The Five Diamonds of Leadership
Five traits define strong leaders: Vision, Courage, Ownership, Equanimity (Calmness), and Bricolage (Resourcefulness). Students explore how great leaders use them daily.Week 6: Problem-Solving & Decision-Making with the Mission Matrix
Good leaders think critically under pressure. Students learn a decision-making framework to navigate challenges.Week 7: Leadership in Teams – Collaboration & Influence
Leadership is about inspiring and working with others. Students practice building trust, motivating people, and handling team dynamics.Week 8: Overcoming Setbacks & Leading Through Adversity
Every leader faces challenges. This week focuses on resilience, learning from failure (and success), and handling criticism like a leader. -
Week 9: Influence vs. Authority – How Leaders Inspire Change
True leaders influence and inspire rather than control. Students explore how they can create meaningful change.Week 10: Leadership in the Digital Age – How to Lead Online & Offline
Leadership exists in social media, online communities, and real-world interactions. Students learn how to lead responsibly and effectively in both spaces.Week 11: Creating Your Diamond Blueprint – Your Personal Leadership Plan
Students apply everything they’ve learned to create a personalized leadership strategy for school, career, and life.Week 12: Leadership Showcase & Certification Ceremony 🎓
Students present their leadership journey, receive certification, and celebrate their growth in a final leadership showcase
